As part of Monks & Crane's ongoing development, it became clear that it was necessary to create a central projects team that had a specific remit to develop and implement solutions for both internal and external customers.

The Projects team consists of highly experienced project managers and technical personnel who are able to rapidly understand customer requirements and develop efficient and robust programmes that they are able to produce and rollout very quickly. Once these programmes have been developed and proven, they are transferred to the operational part of the business.

Their aim is to develop and implement scalable solutions that add value and create more efficient supply chains for both internal and external Customers.
