EXTERNAL: As you would expect, our external sales team operates to the highest professional standards, being trained to assist you in the appropriate product selection and to advise you of new product developments.

INTERNAL: Sales staff are on hand to support the external sales representatives and to maintain Customer relationships on a day-to-day basis - whether that be taking orders over the telephone; processing orders or negotiating local supply deals.

AFTER SALES: We're not in business simply to take orders. Our after sales support staff are there to ensure all transactions have been implemented correctly and to assist with any Customer enquiries.
